Project Description: The work on the Dorsey Run treatment plant generally includes repairs to the influent
force main, improvements of the blower aeration controls, RAS system, WAS system, and HVAC, modifications of the flow equalization,
primary, first stage and second stage clarifiers, magnesium hydroxide system, and SHT, upgrades to the odor control system,
as well as additional work, modifications and improvements to the MD House of Corrections pump station, installation of the
on-line analyzer, repairs and improvements to the filter building, replacement of the utility water pumps, installation of
a new truck scale, installation of a new process control system, and replacement of a generator for screen and grit.
