Project Description: Maryland Environmental Services expects
the contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, services, heavy equipment, materials, tools, and machinery necessary for construction
of a new building adjacent to the existing wastewater treatment building. Also, the contractor must furnish and install two
Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) package systems, one dentrification filter system complete with electrical work including a
new standby generator, chemical feed systems and associated piping, demolition of existing process equipment and structure
as reflected in the Contract Drawings and Technical Specifications. Additionally, construction of an office, bathroom, and
storage building within the exisiting building and other miscellaneous improvements and additions, as well as relocation of
an existing generator to the Water Treatment Plant will be included in the project.
