Gray Manor Sewage Pumping Station Improvements             Project Location      7825 Trappe Road, Dundalk, MD 21222 Owner       Baltimore County Contract Value       $7,133,000            Gray Manor Pumping Station: Pre Construction       Project Description: American Contracting is currently under construction on the Gray Manor Pumping Station. The pump station will be temporarily bypassed in order to remove and replace all interior equipment, piping and building services. The following upgrades will be completed:  Installation of 5 new sewage pumps and associated piping. Installation of new ozone odor remediation. New Flowmeters, valves, actuators, and sluice gates. Two new bypass pumping connections. New control systems for all equipment. New electrical, HVAC, & plumbing systems. The Gray Manor Pumping Station is one of many pumping station rehabilitations in Baltimore County due to the 2005 Consent Decree between Baltimore County and the Environmental Protection Agency.
