Cole, Jr. Pollution Plant in Lorton, VA. Project highlights include: Demolition and new construction of baffle walls and launders. Installation of new methanol feed piping and advanced plant water piping. Demolition and new installation of 48", 42", 20", 18" High & Low Pressure Aeration Air pipe with supports, expansion joints, valves, and insulation. All associated mechanical, process, and instrumentation work and connections. Construction of electrical ductbanks. Installation of new MCC. Installed new instrumentation and controls to tie the new work into the existing system. Phased construction to keep the plant operational while the construction was ongoing.
