Bid Schedule ARE 116 MGD Expansion

The following is a general description of the project:

The Work includes, but is not limited to, the major tasks listed below. The
listing of major tasks in this section is not meant to imply anything
whatsoever about the necessary construction sequencing of individual tasks,
which must be carefully coordinated throughout the construction period.

1. PEPS:
   1. Provide the following for each of the six primary effluent pumps
      (PEPs):
      
      1. Inspection and repairs of existing pump casing.
      2. Installation of flow straightener at the pump suction piping.
      3. Installation of new pump POA.
      4. Replacement of pump seal water system and
         instrumentation.
      5. Field testing (pre-construction and post-construction
         vibration test, performance test).
2. Filter Backwash Return Bypass:
   
   1. Provide the following:
      
      1. New piping and valves to connect the existing backwash
         piping to concrete riser boxes.
      2. Electrical and instrumentation and control (I&C)
         connections for the automated valves.
3. Electrical Room 3:
   
   1. Provide the following:
      
      1. New cooling system:
         
         1. A single computer room air-conditioning unit and
            pump package.
         2. Ductwork and electrical/1&C connections to operate
            the air-conditioning unit.
         3. Roof mounted condensing unit/system.
      2. Modifications to existing cooling system.
