The following is a general description of the project:
The scope of work consists of the furnishing of all materials and the construction, complete in place, of new excavation, grading, landscaping, yard piping, hydrants, fencing, paving, stormwater management, erosion/sediment control, concrete building foundation, masonry, roofing, doors, windows, water pumps, piping, chemical feed system, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and controls equipment and miscellaneous appurtenances & incidental items of work as shown on the contract drawings (Contract No. 44-4947 and Site Development Plan SDP-18-046). .
