The following is a general description of the project:
Completed Work will provide Owner with a second gravity sludge thickener and a second centrifuge and screw conveyor to facilitate maintenance and long-term operational reliability at the Lake Mooney Water
Treatment Facility. The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specifically stated in applicable
parts of these Contract Documents, provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, facilities, and services as necessary for the proper execution, startup, testing, training of Owner’s personnel, and completion of the Work.
Qualified DBE suppliers and subcontractors are encouraged to participate.
Major areas of work include site work, concrete, architectural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and control.
