The following is a general description of the project:

The work includes but is not limited to:

-Procurement and installation of two Membrane Bioreactor package systems,

including fine screens, membranes, blowers, recycle pumps, sludge pumps, UV

disinfection, controls, and power panels

- Mobilization, plumbing and use of a 10,000-gallon frac tank to serve as

temporary “mud well” for the existing tertiary system while the first MBR

train is being constructed

-Modifications to an existing secondary pumping station (pump station no.2)

including replacement of the existing pumps with new pumps with Variable frequency

drives (VFDs)

-Construction of a supplemental carbon feed system (MicroC) including tank

and pumps

-Replacement of the lime and alum feed systems with new caustic and ferric

feed systems

-Conversion of Secondary Clarifier #1 into a Sludge Holding Tank

-Construction of an above ground sludge pumping station for truck loading

-Demolitions of the existing trickling filter surge tank/splitter box, Trickling filters, secondary clarifier valve pit/splitter box, Secondary Clarifier #2, tertiary pump station (no.3), tertiary treatment unit, chlorine feed systems, and bisulfate feed system
