Bid Schedule UOSA AWT Physical Improvements

The following is a general description of the project:

This project includes improvements to the Advanced Water Treatment facilities at Millard H. Robbins Jr. Regional Water Reclamation Plant (RWRP) at 14631 Compton Road, Centerville, VA 20121-2506. The work includes, but is not limited to: 

• Replacement of backwash pumps at Pump Station 28/1 and associated work 
• Ballast Pond 32/1 and 32/2 bar screens
• Building L/1 valve modifications, filter hatch replacement, pipe support repair and misc. mechanical work 
• Building L/1 load center replacement and facility upgrades
• Building P load center replacement and facility upgrades
• System electrical/controls modifications
• Demolition of CLINO system and misc. demolition
• Site restoration in accordance with the Contract Documents
