2025 NCSD O&M Project

This project consists of the replacement and repair of existing components and installation of new equipment at six (6) locations within the sewer district including pump stations, vaults, and the water pollution control center. The scope of work includes:– The demolition and replacement of existing slide gates; sluice gates; polyethylene chemical storage tanks and associated fixtures and piping; pump station control panel, UPS, auto-dialer, antenna, VFDs, level transmitters, floats, hardware, instrumentation, and SCADA connection;– repairs to existing treatment plant influent check valves;– dry brushing and corrosion resistant coating application in a confined space;– chemically resistant paint and concrete paint application; and– new generator docking stations and electrical service installation for load bank testing.
