Buffalo Water Colonel Ward Roof Replacement and Exterior Improvements

Project includes:

a) Required demolition of roofs and appurtenances.

b) Replacement of the roof and monitors at the Pump Station building.

c) Replacement of the roof and monitors at the Boiler House building.

d) Replacement of sloped and flat roofs at the Head House building.

e) Asbestos abatement and Lead Paint abatement.

f) Repair of the pump station building front entrance.

g) Masonry repair on interior of the Head House.

h) Demolition of two single story storage areas on either side of the Boiler House.

i) Demolition of two chimneys.

j) New asphalt pavement and grass reseeding.

k) Required demolition of electrical components.

l) Electrical work within Boiler House building.

m) Electrical work within Pump Station building and on roof.

n) Electrical work associated with Chimney demolition.

o) Restoration and clean-up of all disturbed areas.

p) All other miscellaneous work necessary or proper for performing and completingthe work as shown on the plans and specified in the Contract Documents.
