Buffalo Water Colonel Ward Roof Replacement and Exterior Improvements

Project includes:

1. Roof replacement and monitors at the Pump Station building and Boiler House building.

2. Roof replacement of sloped and flat roof at the Head House.

3. Asbestos abatement and Lead Paint abatement.4. Repair of the pump station front entrance. Masonry repair on interior of the Head House.

5. Demolition of two single story storage areas on either side of the Boiler House.

6. Demolition of two chimneys.

7. New asphalt pavement and grass reseeding. Associated electrical work.
