The project includes a cast-in-place concrete flow equalization basin; flow equalization return pumping station; floating aerators; flushing system; water booster pumping station; new electrical building; new electrical, instrumentation, and controls equipment; modifications to the existing primary splitter box; a new cast-in-place concrete primary effluent flow distribution structure; yard piping; site demolition; new plant access roadway; storm water management and other site improvements.
