The Work consists of, but is not limited to the following:
1. Furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, associated appurtenances, and all associated
work to accomplish this project.
2. Construction of new Ferebee Avenue Pump Station and appurtenances.
3. Demolition of existing Ferebee Avenue Pump Station and appurtenances.
4. Furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, associated appurtenances, and all associated
work to accomplish this project.
5. Provide without additional compensation any apparatus, material or labor not specifically
mention in specifications or indicated on Drawings that is necessary to complete or perfect
any portion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with requirements
implied or intended in these Contract Documents. This includes materials, devices, or
methods peculiar to the apparatus or system provided.
