Montebello Filter Control Consoles

The City of Baltimore operates sixty (60) sand filters between Montebello WFP 1 and 2. There are thirty-two (32) filters located at Montebello WFP 1 and twenty-eight (28) filters located at Montebello WFP 2. Operational controls and monitoring of each filter are currently facilitated via Filter Control Consoles (FCC). Each FCC controls two filters. This project scope will entail the complete replacement of all sixty (60) FCCs, upgrades to FCC communications, and replacement of failed filter instrumentation. Upgrades to FCCs will include control hardware, network architecture, field instrumentation, electrical power distribution upgrades, and structural repairs. All IO points must be preserved at the existing Montebello 1 & 2 SCADA servers, with modifications to SCADA server applications provided by the Contractor as described herein.
