Niagara Section Pumphouse Upgrade on I-190, MP N9.1

1. Replace existing electrical service and change the service to a 480V three phase system from pole to building.This will include new electrical panels, disconnects and all electrical components to completion. thereplacement of all conduits and wire while keeping the existing standby generator intact for reuse.

2. Replace and upgrade all electrical pump and motor control cabinets using all new state of the art controls toperform the necessary functions for monitoring and pumping of high water.

3. Replace and upgrade float systems to a state-of-the-art water level monitoring system.

4. Replace all electric motors and pumps to 480v three phase units in a three-sequence setting. The statistics onpumping capabilities and motor power shall be designed to on site conditions.

5. Update and replace all interior lighting in pump house and wet well with approved waterproof fixtures,conduits and switch housings.

6. Replace the exterior vestibule enclosure, exterior door and roof over the entrance stairs to the pump house.

7. Install new site lighting in the paved area and around the existing building for safety and security.
