Sod Run WWTP Upgrade

The purpose of this contract is to construct upgrades to the Sod Run Wastewater Treatment Plant (Plant) which shall include upgrades to Primary Clarifier Nos. 1 and 2, a new Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, and upgrades to the Anaerobic Digester system. A description of each set of upgrades is provided below. Unless specifically identified herein, the Contractor is responsible for supplying all materials, labor, and resources to complete the work shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The Sod Run Wastewater Treatment Plant is owned and operated by the Harford County Department of Public Works, Water and Sewer Division.
