Tonawanda WTP Electrical and Pump Improvements - General Contract

American Contracting and Environmental Services is soliciting subcontractor and supplier pricing for the General Contract for the Town of Tonawanda Water Treatment Plant Electrical and Pump Improvements, Town Job 3115.

The General Contract includes construction of a new approximately 2,400-square-foot precast electrical building; site utility relocations; finished-water bypass pumping facilities; replacement of four vertical turbine raw-water pumps ranging from 12 to 16 MGD; three new 13 MGD centrifugal finished-water pumps; replacement of three venturi flow meters, two submerged sluice gates, 12 actuated butterfly valves, and four actuated gate valves; and associated process, piping, valve, civil, and structural work.

The owner is bidding separate General, Electrical, and HVAC prime contracts. ACE is pursuing the General Contract only. Refer to the bid documents for contract responsibilities, coordination, and all requirements.

Bids are due November 10, 2026 at 3:30 PM Eastern. The recommended, nonmandatory pre-bid meeting is October 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern at the Water Treatment Plant, 218 Aqua Lane, Tonawanda, NY 14150.
