Town of Mina - Findley Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction

The Town of Mina Findley Lake Sewer District project includes construction of a new wastewater treatment plant at 3093 Route 426 in Mina, New York. Work includes two treatment buildings, headworks, a sequencing batch reactor (SBR), equalization tank, aerobic digester, ultraviolet disinfection, sludge screw press, post-aeration equipment, and associated piping, controls, and site work.

The project is divided into four separate prime contracts:
Contract 2A - General Construction: treatment buildings, treatment tanks, process equipment, site work, and related work.
Contract 2B - Electrical Construction: electrical systems and related work.
Contract 2C - Mechanical Construction: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical work.
Contract 2D - Plumbing Construction: plumbing systems and related work.

Bids are due November 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern. An optional virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern; the meeting link will be provided to planholders by the issuing office. Written RFIs are due November 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern to Andrew Meyerhofer, ameyerhofer@squareeng.com.
