

A digital form will be available for download from the ACE website. Form must be completed in full with Name, Contact Information, and the following questions completed and documents provided. Proof of education, enrollment, or application must be provided in order to be eligible for acceptance and disbursement of scholarship funds.
Applications will be accepted during each calendar year. The start of the 5-month window for applications will be October 1st, and will close the March 1st of the following year.
Applications will be reviewed by a 3-person committee designated by ACE Leadership. This committee will review the applications received based on the following:
This committee will then select the recipients based on these criteria. If applications were received from both high school students and college students, these applications will be separated and evaluated differently. In the scenario where both high school student(s) and college student(s) apply, one scholarship, at a minimum, will be given to each group.
If multiple applications are received, the committee will be responsible for reviewing and voting upon the applicants based upon the 5 criteria listed above.
Review and selection of the scholarship applications will occur by May 1st of the same year. By May 15th, the committee will make their selections and notify the recipients of the scholarships via mail, email or through ACE’s online portal.
A formal announcement and award of the recipients will be made at the annual ACE Summer Picnic. The recipients will be invited to accept the award at the Summer Picnic and need to accept the award (either in person or remotely on a video chat) and agree to the terms of the scholarship payment directly from ACE to the recipient’s school to cover tuition and fees.
