Construction of a new headworks building, raw sewage pumping station, a new two-basin Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) process, with aerobic digesters and 24-hour storage/equalization tanks, which is prestressed post tensioned concrete structure, chemical addition facilities, conversion of chlorine contact tanks to a new UV disinfection system, a new solids dewatering system, demolition of some existing structures, upgrades to the electrical service and emergency generator set replacement.
