Jeff Carr

Jeff Carr is the Vice President of Estimating for ACE. He has over 20 years of experience in project management and estimating on water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Jeff has been responsible for developing and leading an estimating staff that procures hard bid, negotiated, and design build projects for ACE. The contracts awarded have resulted in growth and positioned ACE as one of the leading water/wastewater contractors in the Mid-Atlantic.

Having grown up in Rockville, MD, Jeff graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to working at ACE, Jeff worked in both project management and estimating for Danis Environmental Industries on water/wastewater treatment projects. He holds a Professional Engineering license in the State of Maryland.

Jeff is happily married and enjoys being a dad to his two daughters. His interests include sports and running.
