The following is a general description of the project:
- Replacement of the truck bay with a new masonry building.
- Replacement of the lime shortage and feed system.
- Two new truck scales located in the truck bay.
- Replacement cake and lime/cake mixing and conveyance system.
- New laboratory/office in the upper level of building 2.
- New electrical room.
- Electrical and I/C upgrades to serve the replacement and new processes.
- HVAC and plumbing system upgrades to serve the improvements.
- Stormwater management devices and site improvements including paving.
- Demolition.
- Coordination with the county’s temporary dewatering and loading system.
