The following is a general description of the project:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of UNITY REED (F14) BOOSTER PUMPING STATION UPGRADES. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: • Mobilization: All work related to the preparations onsite prior to the commencement of any work. • Demobilization and Closeout – All work related to demobilization of project site and closeout as required by the Contract Documents • Performance of all work as described in the Contract Documents for the upgrades to the existing UNITY REED (F14) BOOSTER PUMPING STATION. • Furnishing, installing, testing, and startup of the replacement of all five pumps and associated piping, valves, mechanical, electrical, and telemetry equipment, and appurtenances, and a new building extension to house control equipment. • Maintaining service of the existing booster station throughout the duration of construction. • Site improvements as shown in the Contract Documents. • Miscellaneous work as shown on the Drawings and as specified.
